Midwest Regional Barista Competition

January 30th - February 1st at Soulard Preservation Hall, several representatives from Picasso’s Coffee House will be competing in one of st. Louis’ premier culinary events. Presented by the Specialty Coffee Association of America and hosted by Kaldi’s Coffee, the competition is one of ten held nationwide that pits the best baristas in the industry against each other in events that evaluate technical skills, flavor and quality of espresso, the taste, creativity and appearance of their drinks, and on their customer service skills.
